We worked closely with USA Rugby on multiple projects since 2016. The first project was to simplify the process of certifying a player once they’ve completed their training. We also developed a system that would allow their members to access different USA Rugby sites with a single account, removing the need of members creating multiple accounts across different sites.

The Results

We were able to remove the time it took to manually enter the certifications into their membership system. Once a person completes their training, it is automatically updated in the membership system, reducing hundreds of hours a year.
