We have always done our best to provide value to all our customers. Part of the services we offered was registering and managing your domain. This is a very important part of your website as it’s the direct URL to your business’s website. We are doing some restructuring for our business to make it more flexible and put our clients more in control of their assets. In this decision, we are going to be asking every business to create a GoDaddy account so we can transfer the domain over to their own account. After the transfer, GoDaddy will be the point of contact for anything related to your domain as they provide great customer service as well. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We will still be providing our hosting services. Also, your domain was already renewed from the time you were invoiced and you won’t be charged for the renewal until it comes up again.
Step 1: Create a GoDaddy Account
Step 2: Submit email for transfer
Once you have set up your GoDaddy account, email me at email@example.com with the email address you used to register. We will take the transfer process 1 step at a time.
