But we can’t change the world watching cat videos on Youtube all day. We move fast and to some, it can be intimidating.  But that doesn’t mean we don’t have fun doing it! Customer Advocates are team members that love technology and love finding businesses to help. As a customer advocate, you will help discover solutions to solving company problems. You will work with new and existing customers to discover opportunities to solve problems. You will be the point of contact for the customers and work with other team members to make sure solutions are being carried out.

The experience we are looking for

  • Very strong communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to clearly express yourself both in person and on paper
  • Working with and supporting multiple teams simultaneously
  • 3+ years of experience in customer advocacy, customer experience, marketing, or sales
  • 1+ years of experience working in technology

Designers are team members that love technology and love making beautiful technology. As a designer for Nebulaware, you will be responsible for communicating with customers on projects that have been assigned to you. You will unleash your creativity and help deliver amazing results based on the requirements of the project.

The experience we are looking for

  • Very strong communication skills
  • Strong background in design
  • Front-End Development
  • Ability to clearly express yourself both in person and on paper
  • Ability to present your work to clients and work with feedback
  • 3 -5 years of experience working in an agency or something similar

  • Natural sense of curiosity and passion for accuracy
  • UI and UX knowledge
  • Organized
  • Forward-thinking
